Check SEO for your Content

Posted on : 29 Sep, 2021    |    Last Update - 1 year ago SEO checker is a tool that helps scan any content for SEO issues that can have a negative impact on search engine rankings. Use it to get a comprehensive list of errors found on your content and find out where you still have to improve.

Click on the SEO Checker at the top right of the page. You will be able to see different SEO checker criteria.

The most important first step is to add your main keyword in the search bar. This will help you check if the content is partially optimized or not. 

Whenever you change/edit your text based on the SEO checker, you will have all criteria in Green. will look for the following criteria: 

  • High keyword density: Main keyword should be added throughout the article.

To help with the keyword, you can type it in the search bar and the app will search for the number of placement. If the keyword is added in the article, The red mark will turn into Green. 

  • Keyword phrase in the post title: It's important to add the main keyword to your article title. 

  • Add an H1 heading. With editing tools, you can easily select any title and choose the heading that corresponds to it.

*Important: Having the main keyword in H1, H2, H3 is important

  • Add an H2 heading

  • Add an H3 heading

  • Highlight your keyword phrase with bold

  • Add an image with your keyword in the Alt. You can add an image using the Plus button in 

  • Keyword phrase in the first sentence

  • Keyword phrase in the last sentence

  • Add an internal link. Using the editing tool, you can click embed a link to your article

  • Article words. In general, articles with a minimum of 500 words have a high chance to rank higher on search engines. Make sure to invest time to generate more than 500 words worth of content. 

  • A Readability score defines if your content is hard to read or not. Check our article about Readability to understand more.

After editing the content using the SEO checker, your content will score 100% and is ready to publish!


The total score of your content indicates how well the content complies with search engines’ quality guidelines. One can roughly say that if the score is higher than 80% it means that the web page is already well-optimized whereas a score below 80% shows that there’s still room for improvement. 

If the score is below 30% there are severe errors and SEO issues on your content you should definitely deal with.
